OK, so last night..
I attempted to lift legs, but I was still to sore to really feel comfortable killing it, so I combined legs & back (this is a first for me - but it may be a new favorite). Then, about halfway through my workout (maybe less) my wonderful, amazing, super strong boyfriend informed me that his parents were coming over. When? In 15 minutes. Needless to say, I broke 2 personal records last night: Shortest Workout & Fastest Shower.
Workout was as follows:
Close Grip Pulldowns; one warm up set, 4 working sets.
50lbs 20 reps, 70 lbs 12 reps, 70 lbs 10 reps, 60 lbs 12 reps, 50 lbs 20 reps.
Deadlift; 4 sets.
95lbs 12 reps, 115lbs 6 reps, 105lbs 8 reps, 95lbs 8 reps.
Superset: Wide-Grip Pulldowns & Smith-Machine Squats.
Pulldowns; 5 sets. 50lbs 20 reps, 70lbs 15 reps, 70lbs 12 reps, 60lbs 12 reps, 50lbs 20 reps.
Squats; 4 sets. 135lbs 10 reps, 135lbs 8 reps, 115lbs 12 reps, 115lbs 12 reps.
Cable Low Rows; 5 sets.
70lbs 12 reps, 70lbs 10 reps, 60lbs 15 reps, 60lbs 12 reps, 50lbs 20 reps.
Leg strength is WAY down from Saturday - I maxed out at 180 for 6 reps on the free bar - I miss my 215 squats.. Soon!!
